3D printing applications are discovering more and more space in the most diverse sectors and fields: from the most technological industry, to design, to consumer goods.

The F1^® Fragrances Engineered Collection was recently presented by Designer Parfums and Formula 1^®. There are five luxurious fragrances of high perfumery that unite the spirit of the brand: passion, the most advanced technology and glamor, but also courage, audacity and determination, recalling the most iconic moments of a race.

The five perfumes are presented in a uniquely designed bottle encased in a 3D printed exoskeleton.

The intricate frame, made from techno polymer resin, was designed by the visionary industrial designer Ross Lovegrove who had already created three exclusive limited edition art pieces in 2019 for the F1^® Collector's edition, presented at the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

The exoskeletons are made using the most advanced 3D printing technology using digital light synthesis.

The visionary Welsh designer Ross Lovegrove is writing history for design by merging the logic and beauty of nature together with cutting-edge technology and science, and bringing new attention to the change in our physical relationship with the three-dimensional world.

Many of his projects are part of permanent collections in the most distinguished international : from the MoMA in New York to the Design Museum in London, from the International Design Museum in Munich to the Vitra Design Museum in Basel.
