From customisable furniture systems and sustainable textiles to jewel pendant lamps and the biophilic design touches in furniture and wallscapes, ICFF + WantedDesign Manhattan 2022 prepares to showcase the latest in furniture design at New York City’s Javits Center running May 15-17, 2022.

The International Contemporary Furniture Fair is the leading platform for design in the United States and this year will host over 300 companies from 25 different countries, featuring works of both emerging and established international designers. Amidst these brands, UNIQ·Ǝ! will participate within the Italian Luxury Interiors collective, thanks to the collaboration of the Italian Trade Agency (ITA) that strongly promotes Italian manufacturing companies looking to branch out internationally.

ITA’s objective to support and help benefit Italian producers like UNIQ·Ǝ!, advocates for craftsmanship sourced locally using small-scale production methods who are up against the leading companies importing mass production from China.

With particular focus on sustainability, ICFF has been known to gain considerable attention for displaying thoughtfully manufactured exclusive pieces, made from natural materials and conscious of the surrounding environment and global scarcity of resources. UNIQ·Ǝ! upholds this theme by presenting bespoke faucets issued from additive manufacturing - the more sustainable means of production as opposed to the traditional method - which also provides opportunities for recyclable materials and low-to-no waste.

Following from debuting its first four projects in 2021 at Milan’s Fuorisalone last September and Dubai’s Downtown Design last November, UNIQ·Ǝ! will reveal the latest project at ICFF developed by Milan-based architect Daniele Lo Scalzo Moschieri and his designer team Stefano Fucina and Danill Katsnelson as the fifth designer faucet in the WATER IS THE LIMIT luxury collection.

UNIQ·Ǝ! intends to use this global venue in the heart of New York City to connect with international designers and architects, generating significant visibility of its bespoke faucets into a larger and prominent US market.
